Mediation costs are generally paid equally by parties, and before the beginning of mediation session. Cash, check, credit card accepted.
*Termination of full-day mediation at or before th 3.5 hour mark will result in a reimbursement of $300 total to the parties at the time of termination (generally $150 each).
**Cancellations occurring less than two (2) business days before scheduled mediation will be subject to a $150 forfeiture for administrative expenses.
